Family Fitness
It may be a cliche, but the beginning the new year is the perfect time to start down the path of getting into shape. Family fitness is a place where we can hold ourselves and each other accountable to our personal fitness goals. It doesn't matter so much what diet or exercise program you prefer, the likelihood of success with any plan is rooted in accountability.
Here you will be able to report your daily results. Nobody will need to report their respective weight, but rather how you did with compliance in your individual program or plan.
A blog will be available where some tips, recommendations, news, recipes and other pertinent information will be shared.
Heather and I have had great success with this type of accountability in the past. Once we hit our goals the support system within the program we were using disappeared and we reverted right back to our starting points. Anyone is welcome to join us as we kick off this project. We look forward to seeing the positive results we can accomplish in 2020.
